Ingredients:
2 pounds okra, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Spices:
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Urad daal
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a skillet on high heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, and Urad daal and saute for 1 minute.
2. Add cut okra and stir. Reduce heat to low and cook until okra is tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
