Ingredients:
2 cups frozen lima beans
2 cups frozen green beans (french cut is best)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Urad daal
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Place oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and Urad daal in a large skillet. Heat on medium until spices start to pop, about 3-4 minutes.
2. Add lima beans and green beans, increase to high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, 8-10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook another 5-7 minutes or until beans are cooked thoroughly.
